This game is alot like normal rounders. The game begins with the pitcher passing the ball to the 'batters'. The batter then kicks the ball aiming to not get caught out. if they dont get caught out, they attempt to run as from each base until the last base where they secure the rounder. End conditions vary, one is the entire team gets out or once the whole team has been twice. Once this condition has been met the players switch sides.
This works on aspects of kicking, catching and passing. the number of bases can be varied depending on the number of people at training but usually aim to have two or three catchers out back ready.
