
with this warm up we are getting our players warmed up. first we staart with lines of 5 starting on a line. 10m away we setup more markers to where they will sprint to. on 2 calls of hold then next call of lift the first line of players sprint up at 50%. then they run around the drill and form a line again. when it is their turn again they will next run at 75%. after this again they will run at 90% then lastly they will run at 100%
look for explosive start off the start and look for leg drive as well as high knees. remember that this is only a warm up.
