
In this drill there is to be two retrievers, one feeder and one hitter. The hitter is given 5 hits each, with the aim of hitting the ball into one fo the squares that had been set up at the other side of the net. Students ade awarded a point for every time that they are able to land the ball into from the squares.
Teaching in the inclusion style - students are to decide beforehand which square they want to hit the ball into. They should then set themselves are target of how many times they think they can hit the ball int the square
