The players are divided into two equal groups. All the members of each groups stands on the baseline from one doubles alley to the other alley. The feeder or the coach feeds the ball to the first player of one team and that player hits the ball towards the other teamâs court and the play starts. Every time the one player misses his shot, he loses 1 out of 3 lives. The game continues until one team losses all its players and the opposing team are declared as the winner.
The players should focus on their strokes for forehands, backhands and volleys/smashes. Enough space between each player should be made to allow the strokes to be played. Rotate position after each point

A tiebreak is a short sprint where every point is worth the same as a break of serve. The players who win them are rarely the ones who hit hardest. Here is how to coach the patterns, habits and scoreboard thinking that win the big points.
Most club players practise the serve on its own and then have no idea what to do with the ball that comes back. Serve plus one is the pattern that turns a good serve into a won point.
