DRILL TYPE: Warmup FOCUS: Teamwork/Movement EQUIPMENT: Youth Racquets SETUP: 1. Form 2 teams of players. 2. Both teams will line up behind the baseline, every player with a racquet in hand. DRILL: 1. When the coach says " Start " the first player in line will place the racquet on the ground starting from the baseline and return to their teammate and gives a high-five and that player runs and places their racket in front of the last players racquet ( forming a " Racquet Worm ". 2.The first team to reach the net or a limit designated by the coach are the winners. TIPS: 1. Explain to the players work together as a team. SAFETY: 1. Don't rush and keep their head up.
