Itâs a fun game, helps with movement, judging balls and quickness. To start have your players line up at the baseline or fence prepared to run to the net. The coach or assistant coach stands on the other side of the net with some bucket of foam balls. On command the players attempt to run to the net while evading balls hit at them by the coach. The players hit by shooting balls become additional shooters until only one player is left. Progression: Use a team format based on a time limit and count each players successful return back to the baseline as a point. Safety: Keep all shots at waist level. Keep players are well spread out.
