Basketball: Pass and Move

DESCRIPTION

Two groups of players with one ball and one player between the groups on the side.

Player 1 passes to player 3 and runs straight to receive a pass from player 3. Player 2 then makes a pass to player 3 and makes and runs to receive a pass before passing to player 4.

Pass and Move:

Seven players with two balls. One player is based at the circle of the free throw line (Player 2). Player 1 passes to player 2, player 1 who makes a cut and goes for a hand off pass. Player 1 passes to player 3 and goes to replace player 3. The same happens on the other side of the court using players 4, 2 and 5.

Pass and move - On shout:

Player 1 passes to player 3 who then passes to player 2. Once player 3 has passed the ball he then runs to player 1 and shouts "Go", player 1 then goes to where player 3 was. Player 2 then passes to player 1 and they then pass to player 4.

Player 1 then runs to player 2 and exchanges positions.

One of the players starts with the ball

After passing the ball to the player on the next cone they have to run and touch the cone in the middle and return to their cone.

the 2nd player does the same and the exercise should be able to continue round and round.

Pass and Move - Hand Off:

Player 1 passes to player 3 and runs straight to receive a pass from player 3.

The opposite player (2) runs towards 1 and receive a ball and then hand off pass to player 4 and goes behind them.

1 goes behind the 2nd player 1 (on the right) and the drill continues.
