Run around the cone and back.
Touch other player who does the same.
Which group has finished first ?

variations :
- change starting positions : sitting, lying, squatting etc
- run with the complete group

running/jumping/moving

Mini handball:

Two teams, each with goalkeepers, play across a half-court sized pitch.

Play with normal rules.

supporting team mates/ blocking attackers

Its raining balls!:

One player throws/rolls all the balls around.

The other players have to collect them and come back dribbling.

After 1 minute : how many balls are still at the starting point ?

Change throwing player then.

Overtaking:

Two teams form one circle and stand so that members of the blue team are separated by players on the white team.

Both teams start with a ball on opposite sides of the circle and pass the ball around in a clock-wise direction.

The team that can overtake the ball of the other team by passing it to each other fastest is the winner.
