cones with stick : crawl under it

No more than Two | 112 falling/rolling

No more than Two:

The red player is the tagger and is trying to tag the other players.

When the players who trying to avoid being tagged fall down on a mat they cannot be tagged.

However, there can be no more than two players to a mat so if there are already two players on a mat and a third player jumps on the player who has been on the mat the longest must get off.

Running and Rolling:

Players run around the half court area. Every mat they come to they should perform a forward roll.

You cannot be tagged if :
- lying on the floor on your back
- lying on the floor on your tummy

Dive shot match | 217 shooting/defend shooting

Dive shot match:

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball.

The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.
