roll - catch and score:

Set up as shown with feeders on either side of the area, and players behind mats who will be shooting.

These players do a summersault on the mat before standing up, receiving a pass from the feeder and shooting.

stability/balance:

Sitting on a roaller board.
Move yourself over a distance of 10 mtrs.
Two teams of 4-5 children.
Over both feet a marker.
At the end of the course : put both markers on the board and roll it back to the next player.

Bench Ball - Mini-Match:

Mini game of bench ball (played in a smaller area than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3.

Players score a point for their side every time they hit the opposition's bench.

Players must pass the ball around inside their own half in order to create space for the shot at their opponent's bench.

Balloon Transport:

Two players hold the balloon with one hand each and together run to the other side.

variations:
- Move with sidesteps
- Holding the balloon between the two stomachs of the players
