Mini game of bench ball (played in a smaller area than 1 third of the court), with 1 ball in a 3v3.
Players score a point for their side every time they hit the opposition's bench.
Players must pass the ball around inside their own half in order to create space for the shot at their opponent's bench.
Both teams will need to work hard, moving to create options for the shot on goal while at the same time working hard to cut down the angle and block the other team's shots.
Play 5 minute matches. If you have several games going on at the same time you can rotate teams and have a mini-tournament (losing team rotate and moves to the next pitch).
