Handball: Multi-Goal Game

There are less defenders than attackers.
Aim of the game : score a point with a succesfull pass to another player.
- 1 minute : how many passes
- change after every try

Two equal teams play inside a half court area.

The aim of this game is to see which team can play the most passes in a 30 second period!

The blue team go first and keep count of how many successful passes they complete. If the other team intercept/tackle the player in possession they must put the ball on the floor for the other team to pick up and continue playing.

After 30 seconds swap teams and repeat.

Two equal number teams and one neutral player work inside a half court area.

The neutral players is always on the side of the team in possession so effectively if your side is in possession you have an extra player.

Meanwhile the other team has to try and intercept the ball.

Split your group in half and line them up behind two different cones on the sideline.

On the coach's call players from both line run one at a time around the cone and back. Once they're back the next player can go.

However, to make things hard for them there are two players on the cone on the opposite side of the court who are trying to block the running players. Which group will finish first?
