Two equal teams play inside a half court area.
The aim of this game is to see which team can play the most passes in a 30 second period!
The blue team go first and keep count of how many successful passes they complete. If the other team intercept/tackle the player in possession they must put the ball on the floor for the other team to pick up and continue playing.
After 30 seconds swap teams and repeat.
Variations:
No dribbling.
Every time the attacking team loses possession of the ball they lose 2 points.
If you are playing this game in two half courts simultaneously swap the losing teams over.
Aim:
To push your players to play at speed and try to move the ball as quickly as possible (attack in powerplay).
To use variations in passing.
