Handball: center shot when running : center backcourt player

Players line up near the baseline, with a ball each and take it in turns to pass the ball the player outside the 9 meter line.

After making the pass players must run around the cone before turning quickly to run onto the return pass.

After receiving the pass players should shoot as quickly as possible on goal using the center shot.

After shooting players collect their ball and join the back of the line.

Two lines of players (one on each side), a feeder/coach standing in the middle and a defender standing behind the feeder.

The player on the left passes the ball to the coach/feeder in the middle. As soon as the pass has been made a player from the right should start running straight towards goal.

They'll need to be quick though! As soon as the second player has started running the defender can move across to try and block the shot.

After a shot/block has been made the defender return to behind the feeder and the drill restarts from the other side.

Two lines on both sides of the court with one return pass player stood further up the court in the middle.

Players run with the ball and play a one-two pass with the central player. As they receive the ball again they immediately shoot on goal.

After shooting players run to the back of the opposite line to practice throwing from the other side.

Players take it in turns to pass to the center player, quickly following their pass before receiving the return ball and immediately playing the pass out wide to the next player in line.
