Ball starts with player 1 who feeds the ball into player 3. The attacking players must then pass the ball around the triangle.
The defender's job is to try and cut out the first pass and then apply pressure on the attackers to force the error or make the interception.
All attacking players must touch the ball before it can be passed back to blue 1.
Attackers should be using feints to try and wrong-foot the defender.
Defenders should not be afraid to touch the attackers to put them under physical pressure.
