Players are trying to hit their opponent bench at the other side of the grid with either a jump or a diving shot.
Players are only allowed in their own half and must shoot after a set number of passes (in this case two passes).
In order to make the shot players must jump outside of the grid, by the cone on the half way line.
Opposition players are allowed to try and block the shots.
First team to 3 goals wins.
Technique:
For a jump shot from the wings players must:
Bring the ball up to shoulder height, with the third step being explosive and large.
When in the air the hip should go backward together with the throwing arm, pulling up the other leg until their upper leg is horizontal.
Screw back the hip on the highest point of the jump into the direction of the goal, the arm follows this movement explosively to the front
and the follow-through should point after the ball towards the intended target.
Finally, land on the same leg as you jumped off of.
