Every player, except the players on the wings, runs out to receive the pass and passes it on again in the same direction.
Blue 1 starts the exercise and passes to blue 2 who runs forward and passes to blue 3 who also comes forward. The drill continues in this way.
After passing the ball players continue running in the same direction to the opposite cone, ready to repeat the drill again in the opposite direction.
After every minute rotate all players 1 position in a clockwise direction.
