Lacrosse: Grip

Description

Place your stick on the floor and pick it up with your dominant (writing) hand.

Using your dominant hand, form a V as shown in the video.

Hold the stick at the top using this V, and with your bottom hand, hold the bottom of the stick.

Coaching points

The cradle is important as it is a way of protecting the ball away from the defender.
