Lacrosse Drill Demonstration
Standing still, pick up your stick from the floor in the 'V' grip. Then, holding on with your bottom hand, move the stick vertically from the left to right side.
For young players, tell them to imagine they have a 'large tummy' and they have to move their bottom arm around this stomach from hip to hip.
Bottom hands needs to work as hard as the top.
The stick should always be verticle -no diagonal sticks (windscreen wipers!)
Movement is from ear to ear and hip to hip.
