DESCRIPTION

In pairs throwing the ball to each other. Each player should try to throw the ball over the head and beyond their partner each time.

COACHING POINTS

  • Catchers should keep eyes on the ball
  • also they should move their body under the ball to anticipate the flight of the ball and make a normal 2 handed catch.
