DESCRIPTION

  • Groups of 3. 

- 2 players get into the T.O.P positon next to eachother. 

- Another player on all 4 knees on thier back..

- the players holding the player above them must work together to move from side to side. 

- 5m each way.

COACHING POINTS

Work on the tower or power

  • Head up, eyes forward 
  • Hip and knees 90 degrees
  • Shins parallell to the floor 
  • Line of back parallel to floor. 

Feet 

  • Shoulder width - weight forward 
  • On toes. 

Knees 

  • 90 degrees 

Core 

  • Imaine someone pullling string through your belly button.
  • Squeeze in an ddown. 

Hips 

  • Peliv tilited outwards. 
  • Hips backwards 
  • Like sitting down.

Elbows 

  • Tight to body
  • T rex arms 

Scaps 

  • Back and together
  • Holding pencil between the scaps. 

Chest 

  • Up and out 

Head 

  • Neautral 
  • Look through eyebrows.
