DESCRIPTION

Coach throws 2 balls at the same time. Player's goal is to catch one ball with left hand and hit other ball with the racquet in the right hand.

Coach has 2 balls: red and yellow. Coach throws one of the balls to the player. If this is yellow ball, player has to catch it after one bounce. If it is red ball, player has to catch it in the air.

Surprise Your Opponent:

Coach serves second serve from Deuce/Advantage side. Player responds with return as a drop shot.

Return Cross Court | Serve and Return

Return Cross Court:

Coach serves from the service line and the player returns the ball cross court.

Watch and Chase | Agility & Fitness

Watch and Chase:

Player rolls ball through players legs and they must chase ball and stop it with racquet.
