This week we’re teaching your players to “beat the wall” in a fun session that they can do in a group or individually in their own time!
The best tennis players in the world didn’t get there by practicing only in sessions with their coaches. They are the ones that go away and practice on their own and in their own time, which is why sessions like this one, using a wall as an opponent, are perfect for players to use individually.
What's in the Session?
Packed with fun video drills, we demonstrate the correct techniques your player should be using, and how they can be improved simply be playing against a wall. Starting with a simply drill close to the wall, we turn up the difficulty and get your players moving backwards and forwards from the wall, while also working on recovering after serving.
