This week we're teaching your players how to properly run around the backhand and take advantage of the forehand.
Most players will be stronger when using their forehand, and most won't realise that they can use it more often than they think! That's why it's important as a coach for you to teach players when they can do this.
What's in the Session?
The session begins with fun warm up drills that get the blood pumping before we move on to teaching your players about the correct footwork and awareness. Players are taught about monitoring their opponents position when hitting a forehand, as this can lead to valuable points. The session is wrapped up with an exciting game working on inside out and in forehands as we work on everything your players have learnt throughout the session.
This really is a session you don't want to miss!
On-court coaching is now fully legal, technology continues to advance, and the ATP calendar evolves. Here's what tennis coaches need to know for 2026.
Tennis demands a unique combination of endurance, power, agility, and flexibility. Physical preparation determines how long careers last and how players perform when it matters most.
Ecological dynamics is transforming tennis coaching. This constraints-led approach develops adaptable, creative players who can solve problems in competition, not just execute drilled patterns.
