What are the most effective goalie drills pre-season??
I am helping a good, strong goalie in east mids prem at the moment. Can you suggest the best drills for the pre season please?

Here's a great drill you could give a go, working on shot stopping and reactions to stop the rebound. Perfect to get your keeper back into the swing of things and creating game related situations.

Save clear with rebounders
DESCRIPTION
Set up as shown. Rebounders can be either players or goalkeepers. The feeder starts with the ball in the middle of the goal and half-hits a shot at goal for the goalkeeper to clear. The rebounders attempt to intercept the ball and then play on until either a goal is scored or the ball leaves the circle.
