My girl's team is playing a 9 a side full field tournament.
I'm thinking of a 3-4-1-keeper. I think the keeper neesd to stand high on the D and act as a sweeper.
What are your thoughts?

Hi Chris,
I would recommend "Keeper-2-3-3"
This one is good if you want to press the opposition and would also give your team the best chance of scoring goals. The 2 wide midfield players would need to be very fit to be able to support the 2 defenders when trying to win back the ball. This allows you to press early, score goals and put pressure on the other team. Plus your wingers can act as support for your fullbacks when your team is on the defensive.
Alternatively you might like to try "Keeper 4-3-1". This formation is more defensive and it might yield fewer goal scoring opportunities by only having one forward. It would also be difficult to press higher up the pitch but would suit a deeper press.
