Can someone suggests some drills for goal keepers to work on alone?
There are plenty of goalkeeper mobility and footwork drills that they can do on their own.
They can practice their positioning - narrowing the angles around the D. Making sure that they know ehere their posts are and using the P -flick spot as their guide.
They can practice moving left -right - forward - backwards at speed and keeping balanced and with their weight going forward. Perhaps using cones to shuttle around.
They can practice going to ground - getting to their feet at speed - and clearing a ball (which they can do towards the goal to avoid having to fetch the balls).
There are plenty more.
