I would suggest that each training is very purposeful and to the point,
For simple topics:
- Shooting
- Passing on the move
- Rules for 2 v 1
- Small possession games
More complex topics:
- Defending in pairs ( support and cover)
- Attacking Support practices
- Positional possession
- Small sided conditioned games (to emphasise Marking man to man and zonal, half court and full court press)
- And of course short corners.
Lastly, remember the best coach is the game itself!
