eliminating two players

Hi Celma,

In this drill, once you receive the ball and there's another defender in the back, you should focus on maintaining a strong body position. Start with a side-on stance to see the passer, the defender, and the space behind. Use your body to feel the defender and attempt to sell them by transferring your weight onto your right foot. When the defender makes an attempt to tackle, take the ball from your right foot, being careful not to expose it too much for a shave tackle. Get the ball into the hook of your stick and spin tightly, accelerating away from the tackle.

I hope this helps,

Cam
