Does anyone no if you have to do your level one cert or can you just go and do your level two? If so do you guys no were? THANKS
In general No, the process as since been added to No one can be entered onto a L1 or L2 or any RFU or IRB Coaching course without going on the New IRB's " Rugby Ready" non examined course attendance based. After that You do your level 1 ( which is a generic course, how to coach) before L2 ( which is what to coach) hope this helps. Why should want to go straight to L2? without the experience and process of attending coaching courses @ L1 u would fail L2
Having played rugby for 32 years and coached for 5 and just completed my L2 I would strongly suggest you start at the beginning. L2 isn't easy and asks some challenging questions. Also i think they frown on it if you haven't worked thro' the system as the benefits build thro' the courses as the content is complementary and wouldn't put you forward.
