We are beginning a high school rugby progrm this spring. Wht is the best way to introduce rugby to students that have never played rugby?
Hi Tony,
I would start by introducing the students to touch rugby. To be on the safe side, it would be best to leave the contact side of rugby until further down the line. I'd take a look at the passing drills category on here and get them first working on the basics of passing. You can then take this into touch game situations.
