Im coaching the first and only under 17 ( 13-16 ) team in Libya... and right now just i started building my second team ,,, I need some ideas to keep my first team active and interesting for rugby ,
so any advice for that please?
So, it sounds as if you are doing a good job since already there are more players intereted in playing. I would suggest that you organise games for both teams and ensure you get them playing games in training. Games are what players enjoy most. I hope this helps and wish you luck. Simon
I am in Latvia just now running an IRB course. The coaches here say they have similar problems. The hardest challenge is keeping young players interested. You are not alone! Simon
