firstly you should try and find your local club,this you should be able to find either at your local library or in the yellow pages or at your local sports centre. secondly you can look on the RFU web-site and look under coaching in the community rugby section. however you get the info you need i am 100% sure you will find it rewardingonce you get involved at any level(mini,youth or adult)
