You could look at the way the English Rugby Union recommend that children at Primary School age play the game by looking at RFU.com.

Las bolas son de diferente peso y volumen y la Cantidad de jugadores varian de Acuerdo a la Evolucion del chico. Lo importante es hacer recreacion, Una practica segura y divertida segun las Leyes de su Union.
