I have been asked to coach under sevens and would appreciate if any one has any training plans to help me get an idea of good practices.

I have attached a simple drill from our "Drills" section - there are plenty more there to help you.
It is a great age to coach - the key thing is to make all drills a game - give rewards (a round of applause is enough) for children who do well - make sure every child is rewarded over time.
They will respond really well to praise and encouragement.
