I am coaching a brand new women's team. From our recruitment we have a mixed skill level. What drills should I run at the first few practices to introduce the game and skills, without overwhelming brand new players? We have a session that has come recommened by other coaches - Fun tag session.
It's great for all ages and abilities and you can always adjust the session to suit your players skill level.
