Has anyone got any tried and tested preseason fitness drills aimed at 1st grade players
Hey Ben,
I personally haven't tried out any of these drills but if you look at practices for juniors, you will find numerous drills suited for 1st grade players. Some of the drills do have comments/reviews from other coaches, for example How to talk to juniors.
