I have a number of my players (U11 moving to U12) who are asking about how to get faster....does anyone have a speed/sprinting training program that I can use for this age of players? I want to make it fun but also get impact by next season. Cheers!

If you google the title "Sprintology" you should end up at an Australian website that gives lots of tips on developing faster sprinters.
On this site too you will find some useful drills under our "Drills" section that will help with agility.
