Looking for some drills or games to help my under 8s stay on side and not stand in the way during tag rugby.Any suggestions??
One thing that I have found helpful is to not coach all players to stand on the offside line, but instead reimagine an `onside area` which is anywhere between your own try line and the ball. Defending along a line is too easily taken for granted by anyone who has experienced rugby, but for many beginners they may be more used to a more `3D` style of defence that you may find in football, hockey etc.
Just a potential idea :)
