Hands in close to body (just in front of armpit area). Head and eyes up when executing tackle. Drive forward with shoulder ensuring tacklers head is on the outside of the tacker ie. front on tackle, right shoulder of tackler on right hip of attacker. Ensure shoulder is first point of contact while simultaneously wrapping arms around attackers core. Practise on knees first
