Any advice on uncontested line out variations?

You can easily lost the ball since the opposite team will be outline in numbers

If its uncontested your guaranteed the ball,what age are you coaching ? U14s or u15s, im coaching u14s this year so the lineouts are uncontested with no lifting,im going to concentrate on movement in the line and catching and jumping skills so when they have to lift next year they should have a decent foundation in catching and jumping and lifting would just be the progression
