Where would be the best place to get a Rugby First Aid Kit?( with the stuff needed for Rugby first response)

Hello, Sanjay.

In England we generally get our first aid kits via Rugby kit stockists. I'm not too sure how common Rugby stockists are in the US, but I would suggest that you contact your state union to find out where you can obtain from.

Hi Sanjay, As an ex-paramedic I made up my own for our team. The neccessities are quite simple; plasters, ice packs and heat packs, some non-allergenic dressings, a variety of neck braces if funds allow, rolls of sticky tape such as zinc oxide tape for sprained little fingers etc. ( although this should be taken off after the game and the injury checked by a doctor if unsure) some vaseline for bruised heads (reduces friction in the scrum) a bucket of water, a sponge, a blanket or two in winter, a stretcher if possible, safety pins, scissors. Hope this helps.
