How to stop bunching
Hi Craig,
I recommend trying to use channels or zones and forcing players to stick to their channel or zone. You can have 1 attacker and 1 defender per zone and just play a simple game of touch with players passing between zones but not allowed to move into another zone. This should help teach them to maintain width across the pitch. This blog might help with some ideas: https://www.sportplan.net/drills/blog/back-to-training-zone-games-2020-07-02.jsp
