Here are some tips. You can try these HIIT drills with the ball for U10 rugby:
Shuttle Sprints with Ball â Sprint between cones carrying the ball, switch hands, 20s on/10s rest.
Passing Relay â Sprint and pass with a partner, advancing to the next cone, 30s on/15s rest.
Pick-Up and Pop â Pick up ground balls and pop pass in a zig-zag, 20s on/10s rest.
Tackle Bag and Offload â Tackle a bag, rise, and offload, 30s on/15s rest.
