how would you employ the blind side flanker from a line out, both in defense and attack
Kerry
The Blind Side in a line out could normally be used as a lifter or perhaps as a catcher (although No 6's tend to be too large to lift) and also would help to secure the ball after it has been won and these roles would change according to where the ball is thrown in your lineout.
In defense you could use your Blind Side in the scrum half position to counter any driving mauls the opposition may try.
Have a look at the last newsletter I sent out - in the links you will see one regarding the lineout which gives all sorts of options at the line out.
I hope this helps you,
