What is the best warm up for tag rugby

We used to play Hunters with tags and belts on. Main aim is to get the players running around and have two players as hunters (no tag belts) working together to grab tags. When the players lose both tags they become hunters trying to take the other players tags. The main focus areas are team work for the hunters and evasion for the hunted players. Also works on the players hand eye coordination to grab tags.
