What is 1v1 side defence-go forward?

Doing level two and have forgotten what the above means........

John, did you get an answer on this, if so could you share it?

johnwrobertson Coach, England

No, but did 1 attack v`s 1 defender working on defender going forward quickly to reduce space then slowing up into athletic ready to tackle position. Also worked on using touch line as extra player, and running lines to make attacker go where you want them to. Basically you are using line speed, angles of run and touchline to effect a good defence on your own terms.
