Hi, I am after some information on the Press in regards to feild hockey.. We are looking to try and implement in our team, but some team members have no idea on what it is. I myself know of it and have heard about it and also that there are a few different set ups. I am looking for some diagrams and notes if available so I can pass out at our next training session Cheers Shannon
HI! Any drills for kids around 11 years old (11 a-side) to learn positions in the field. I find it hard because they stay still in one place and they don´t move or they play across the whole field instead of staying in their side of the turf.. Thanks Barbs

Wow what a great website, I have found sportplan an important tool for me when planning my netball sessions with my netball team. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
