Sportplan rugby has played a large role in my team's love for the game!
I am familiar with field positioning, play, and stategies for the fowards but can anyone give me advice on how to pick a good flyhalf and scrum half. Also how to train them on making the best decisions on the pitch, for example when to pass out wide, how to relieve defensive pressure, when to kick, etc...? My backs are still new to rugby. Some have less than a year's experience and others are brand new to the sport.
Does anyone have any good hints / tips / suggestions for getting a team (Under 18's Male Rugby team) fired up before the game? The problem we are having is the boys don't switch on to the game 10 / 15 / 20minutes into it. We start 1 hour before kick off with a dynamic warm up, drills, moves for the day then back in 10mins before kick off to put shirts on and captains words, then out for kick off.
Can anyone give me an idea on how to coach competing for the kick off to U16s? We have a great drop kicker who really gets the ball to hang in the air. The loose forwards seem to have grasped the idea of getting to the area where the ball is landing but then seem to wait until the oppo's have claimed it and then make the tackle rather than compete while the ball is still in the air. Any ideas welcome. Cheers, James
Does anyone have a player development sheet that can be used to have as an interaction tool between a coach and individual players, and give a basis for ongoing individual player development
Making the full-back position an attractive proposition. Often over-looked, the full-back position is a vital player in anyones team if he is used and brought into the game. Does anyone have any technical/positional material to coach prospective players in this position?
Saving individual drills to PDF would be extremely helpful!

con l'abbonamento completo vengono sbloccati tutti gli eserczi (o almeno così ho letto) per tutti gli sport o uno solo tra i preferiti?
Hi I have just taken on an U10s team for this comming season, the kids are great, in the group I have two players with autism and one with adhd, so I try and keep talking to a minimum and get them moving with the ball asap during sessions. These health conditions are not something I have had to learn about or deal with before, are there any other coaches that have experienced this that can offer any tips?
How much is a membership for multiple sports?
I upgraded to the Pro membership and assumed that would mean I have access to all drills of the sports I coach in school. I only seem to have access to one sports full drills. Surely I don't have to pay another £9.99 for each sport. I am the PE coordinator and take 3/4 different sports after school. Thank you.

hi i have an individual membership, how do i purchace a mulitple sports package?
I have just started helping our head coach with under12's team. He wants to retire and has put me forward to be head coach next season. I am a little worried on how i should aproach training with the boys, going to a full 15 a side team on a full pitch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I coach under 9`s rugby and a lot of the kids have a bad fear of tackling, they lack the confidence to get stuck in. What is the best thing to help them overcome this?
I am curently helping coach an U14 team, my focus being on forward play and conditioning. As a general rule, for conditioning I only get the lads to work against body weight for resistance training. Some players (and parent?)are eager to get into the gym and start to use weights as means of resistance. Obviously at this age the level of physical maturity of players is vast, boys to men, hence each individual must be assessed. I have done some reseaech which would indicate that the use of weights for 14-15 year old is to be encouraged (Irish RFU), but I am keen not to get the lads into the gym to early. Does any one have and ideas on this subject or can point me to any research to support either idea.
