Players work in pairs. Step 1: player 1 rolls ball out for player 2 to run forward attack the ball and return it to player 1. Step 2: player 2 sprints back to the cone turns and runs forward for a flat catch from player 1 then return ball to player 1. Step 3: Player 2 runs behind player 1 then back towards the cone, player 1 throws an over the shoulder catch for player 2 who returns the ball to player 1 then sprints back to the cone.
